Vokai is a daily vocabulary learning app with streaks, review, optional ads, an optional offerwall ("Offers"), and user-selected causes. This Google Play release does not include paid subscriptions, user cashout, cashback, KYC, or real-money rewards. Points and coins earned in the app — including any earned through the optional offerwall — have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money.
Profile choices — native language, learning language, learning goal, optional goal detail, selected cause, display name, avatar, difficulty, theme, and audio preferences.
App activity — session history, per-card quiz facts, response times, points, XP, streaks, freeze inventory, daily quest progress, review queue, and word-mastery state.
Anonymous app identifiers — an anonymous server user ID and a local visitor ID used for app functionality and basic abuse prevention.
Advertising data — when ads are shown, Google AdMob may receive your device Advertising ID, IP address, device information, and ad interaction data.
Offerwall and offers data — Vokai includes an optional, opt-in offerwall ("Offers") powered by Tapjoy, where you can choose to complete third-party offers (such as installing a partner app, signing up for a service, or completing a survey) for non-cashable in-app points. It is never shown during onboarding and is never required. When you open the offerwall, Tapjoy may receive your anonymous Vokai user ID, device Advertising ID, device and operating-system information, IP address, locale, and per-offer events. Tapjoy confirms completed offers to the Vokai API so points can be credited. Each offer is operated by a third-party advertiser with its own privacy practices. Vokai does not receive payment-card or banking details, and offerwall points are not redeemable for cash.
Diagnostics and analytics — if enabled in the submitted build, Sentry may receive crash diagnostics and PostHog may receive anonymized app events.
We do not sell your data. We use service providers to operate the app:
Future services such as paid subscriptions or FingerprintJS Pro will be added to this policy before they are enabled in a public build.
Vokai lets you choose a cause you care about and may show first-release impact tracking tied to learning activity and optional rewarded ads. The current app does not promise a fixed donation amount, named classroom, monthly receipt, or specific nonprofit payout. We will only publish those details after the relevant partner agreements, payment flows, and reporting systems are live.
We retain progress data while you use the app. If you uninstall without using the in-app deletion flow, your anonymous server record may remain on our API.
Delete your data: Open the app, go to Profile, select "Delete my data", and confirm.
Ad preferences: You can reset or opt out of the Android Advertising ID in your device settings. Where required, Google’s ad-consent flow may be shown before ads are served.
Notifications: You can disable notifications in the app or your device settings.
Vokai is intended for adults aged 18 and older, and is not directed to children. Because the app includes an offerwall with third-party offers, we limit the intended audience to users 18 and older.
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date and may show a notice in the app for material changes.
